How One-Time & First-TIme Customers Work:

If you're placing a one-time order or trying us out for the first time, you can use any clean 13-gallon kitchen trash bag for your laundry. These bags usually hold 15-20 lbs, and you may send more than one. When your laundry arrives at our facility, our team will rebag everything into our standard 25-lb bags and complete the official weight calculation from there to ensure accurate, transparent pricing.
